Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 5w30 platform via our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, you are not permitted to use 5w30 services.

• Using funds or payment methods obtained illegally to conduct transactions on the platform.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate betting or game outcomes unfairly.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Account Policy, Suspension & Closure

5w30 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time in cases of terms violation, suspicious activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at the platform’s sole discretion for valid reasons.

Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily can do so by contacting 5w30 support. Before account closure is processed, any positive balance must be withdrawn via the standard withdrawal process. Unclaimed balances after the specified period may be subject to lapse policies stated separately.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure according to prevailing policies. Users will be notified before any action is taken on inactive accounts.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the 5w30 platform are exclusive property of 5w30 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from 5w30.
